Successfully Completed HSE Module - HSE Dashboard Training for Students

Alhamdulillah, last week, I’ve just completed a training session focused on the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Dashboard (KPI in Visual Management). This time for a group of students learn how to use data in improving workplace safety and environmental performance.

It was an interactive and practical learning experience, developed to ensure students gain real-world exposure and know how to apply HSE tools effectively in actual work settings.

Key topics we covered,
- Total Man-hours Worked
- Incident Reporting including Lost Time Injuries (LTI) & Total Recordable Injury Rate (TRIR)
- Near Misses & Unsafe Acts (Accident Triangle)
- Training Compliance & Emergency Preparedness
- Environmental Data (Schedule Waste, Water Usage, Spills)
- Root Cause & Corrective Actions

It’s inspiring to see how future professionals are engaging with data-driven safety management tools. Tools like this not only visualize risks but help teams take preventive action before accidents happen.

Wishing all participants success in applying these insights to real-world scenarios!
